Live Events
TIMBA produce live events across Canberra and Australia to promote a national conversation around mental health through community outreach and connection
Mental health is an essential part of a healthy community and providing connection with the community for those isolated is an important part of that. It is important to recognize that mental health issues can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, race or background. Therefore, it is vitally important to ensure that everyone has access to the support and resources they need in order to maintain good mental health. Connecting people with the community can help people feel less alone and more supported, which can have a positive impact on their overall wellbeing.
